1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account information — name and email address when you create an account or complete a purchase.
  • Beta applications — name, email, DAW, role, and usage frequency when you apply for the beta program.
  • Contact messages — name, email, and the content of any message you send us via the contact form.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data — pages visited, download counts, and basic server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL). This data is used for security and to understand how the Site is used.

Information from third parties:

  • Paddle — when you make a purchase, Paddle (our merchant of record) shares your name, email address, and transaction details with us so we can fulfill your order. Paddle handles payment processing and does not share your full payment card details with us.

  • To manage your account and provide customer support.
  • To operate the beta program — review applications, send approvals, and deliver beta builds.
  • To respond to contact form messages.
  • To send transactional emails directly related to your purchase or account (license delivery, password reset, download links).
  • To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately opted in.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as necessary to operate our business:

  • Paddle — acts as our merchant of record and processes payments. Your purchase data is subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy.
  • MongoDB Atlas — we store account, order, and license data in MongoDB Atlas, hosted on cloud infrastructure.
  • Email delivery — transactional emails are sent via Gmail. Email content may pass through Google's servers.
  • Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial record-keeping purposes (for example, transaction records required by tax law).
